How long does one custom cabinet take to build?
- We currently have a 4-6 week backorder. Once started, custom orders generally take 3-5 days to complete. Repeat orders will take less time. What construction methods are used?
- All corners are jointed with half blind dovetails. When two different types of wood are used (stripes), they are jointed with #20 biscuits. The interior of the cabinets are laterally reinforced with 3/4 in square poplar cleats. All joints are glued with Titebond III, the strongest wood glue on the planet. Tolex is applied with hide glue.What materials are used?
